About 4 years ago, I discovered cavies as the wonderful pets that they are. I started with a golden agouti girl named Maria and she charmed in a way that words can't describe. Due to that, I started looking abroad for purebred cavies..
Most of my cavies were imported from Canada, Spain, Holland, Denmark and Germany. I also have some cavies with ancestors from the United Kingdom, Hungary and Sweden. In addition, most of my herd is descendent from those animals. I strive to breed purebred animals, according to the standard of each breed, with pedigree and healthy.
My many thanks to Sherri Evans from Creator's Critters in Canada, Verena Fuchs from Cavilândia in Portugal and Mireia Cabré from Diabolbric's in Spain who were so kind to help me to find the cavies with the quality and characteristics that I was looking for to start my own line. Along the way i have meet other breeders in Germany, Holland, Hungary and Denmark that also provided me wonderful stock and to them my many thanks too.
Last but not least, a train of kisses and hugs to my boyfriend... For his support, help and understanding... Also for cleaning cages and carrying the bags of food, hay and litter :p
Currently I am focusing on Peruvians, Alpacas, Texels, Shelties (Silkies), Merinos and Smooth Coats. On the Long Hair, I am working with roans, black, red, chocolate, lilac, tortoiseshell, brindle, agouties and broken. On the Smooth Coats ones, I work with agouties, red, black, chocolate and fox.

Since there is so much information about cavies care in English, I don't see the need to translate the pages that I have in portuguese about general issues regarding these animals but if you have any question, please e-mail me.
